1. the purpose of your trip (e.g. family trip; company team building trip)

2. number of participants (e.g. 2 adults; 3 teenagers; 30 colleagues)

3. the number of days and fixed programmes (e.g. 4 days, second day a full day conference).

4. other relevant information (e.g. name and address of hotel; date, if you already know).

What you will receive:

- location of meals with menus, price list

- transfer, if necessary, with price list

- independent (leisure) activities, e.g. spa, with quotations
